We will be having either 8' or 6' tables available for sponsors to display items and materials.
Tables may be located on the SF City Club's 10th floor (where we will hold meals and our evening reception) or the 11th floor (where the day's programming will take place).
Platinum and Gold Sponsors will each have a full table on which to display materials and giveaways.
Silver Sponsors will each have a half table.
Table space is not available for Bronze sponsors.
Setup and Breakdown
Exhibitors are welcome to arrive early on the day of the event to setup. Registration begins at 8:00 am on June 12. Unfortunately, we cannot provide access to the space the evening before for setup.
We ask that exhibitors breakdown either before or after our evening reception, which is at the SF City Club on the 10th floor from 4:45pm - 6:30 pm. This request is meant to reduce disruption and distraction during networking.
Shipping
If you wish to ship items ahead, please contact the SF City Club staff directly and ask about their policies and procedures.
SFEPC staff cannot assist with shipping/receiving sponsor materials or display items.
Any material or display items left behind after the event will be disposed of, donated, or recycled.
