Jay D. Adkisson, is a partner of Adkisson Pitet LLP with offices in Newport Beach and Las Vegas, and who has practiced in the area of asset protection planning, including the litigation of such plans, since 1995. He is a co-author of the book Asset Protection: Concepts & Strategies, a contributor to Forbes.com on wealth preservation issues, and an honorary lifetime member of both NAEPC and the California Association of Judgment Professionals. He has also twice been an expert witness to the U.S. Senate Finance Committee, and served on the drafting committees of various uniform acts, including the Uniform Voidable Transactions Act and the Uniform Protected Series Act.
